By engaging with Solis Technology USA LLC, clients agree to these terms outlining the scope of technology services, which may include managed IT support, cybersecurity services, and infrastructure management.
Solis Technology USA LLC commits to delivering services and status updates according to the custom Master Service Agreement signed during onboarding. Certain projects may require phased timelines based on technical complexity and third-party dependencies.
Clients are responsible for fees charged directly by third-party vendors and platforms. Solis Technology USA LLC may administer related services but assumes no financial liability for those direct third-party charges.
Management fees to Solis Technology USA LLC are billed in advance on a monthly retainer basis. Failure to remit payment within the agreed invoice window will result in a pause of active service activities.
